Controversial city preacher, Apostle James Maina Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism, has been making headlines for the wrong reasons after he killed a motorist in Limuru on Sunday evening.<br />
<br />
At the time of the accident, Ng’ang’a was driving on the wrong side of the road while drunk. After causing the accident, he bribed rogue police officers at Tigoni Police Station and they have been trying to cover it up for him.<br />
<br />
But several eye witnesses confess that they saw the notorious city pastor cause the accident that claimed the life of an innocent woman.<br />
<br />
New information reveals that the controversial city pastor killed another innocent Kenyan back in 2012 just a few metres from the spot where he caused the death of a woman on Sunday.<br />
<br />
An elderly man claims that his son died after being hit by the notorious preacher on the night of 26th December, 2012. However, just like Sunday, Ng’ang’a bribed police for a cover-up and up-to date, the poor mzee has never gotten justice.<br />
<br />
Surprisingly, a person who witnessed the 2012 accident says that he saw no blood at the scene of the accident and every-body around that area was shocked <br />

NTV’s investigative reporter, Dennis Okari, confirmed that indeed Ng’ang’a caused the accident a few metres from the spot where he killed a woman on Sunday evening.<br />

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chief Executive Officer, Ezra Chiloba, has said his commission is considering scrapping the Sh1.3 billion electronic voter identification devices bought just before the 2013 polls and seek more money to buy new equipment.<br />
<br />
Speaking on Wednesday, Chiloba said some of the gadgets used in the last election will be abandoned and new ones bought.<br />
<br />
“Yes, some of the gadgets used in the last election will have to be abandoned,” Chiloba said<br />
<br />
He also said the commission will do a total overhaul of its ICT infrastructure to avoid a repeat of what happened during the 2013 poll.<br />
<br />
“We are reviewing our ICT infrastructure for elections and may purchase some and boost the performance of others,” said Chiloba.<br />
<br />
Also targeted for replacement are the electronic results transmission systems that broke down, forcing polling officials to revert to manual voter identification and communication.<br />
<br />
The CEO said he will ensure all systems are in place to see to it that the 2017 election is free and fair.<br />

Kiprono was allegedly cornered by the Secret Service as he tried to sneak through the VIP lunge to hand Barrack Obama a letter officially requesting Malia’s hand in marriage, and was given a dog’s beating at a holding room in Kasarani.<br />
<br />
Sources say the Secret Service had earmarked Kiprono after vowing earlier on to talk to Obama about his love for Malia when he visits and were expecting that he would do something stupid.<br />

General Service Unit (GSU) Commander, Joel Kitili, on Wednesday admitted that guarding US President Barrack Obama over the weekend was one of the toughest operations he has ever led in his entire career.<br />
<br />
Although he admitted that there were a number of silly mistakes in the operation, Kitili gave the operation a 90 percent success rate and said he and his officers have realised they can perform better than that.<br />
<br />
Kitili is the Commander of GSU and their elite unit, Recce, based in Ruiru that guard President Uhuru Kenyatta and other senior Government dignitaries. Reece unit was assigned the duty of securing the place where Obama will sleep.<br />
<br />
Some of the mistakes Recce officers made during the Obama’s trip was being caught chatting in groups while guarding the perimeter wall at Villa Rosa Kempinski, the hotel where Obama slept.<br />
<br />
The Secret Service which is an elite unit that guards the US President was concerned that by ‘sleeping on their job’ they were putting the life of US President Barrack Obama at risk and hence demanded their replacement.<br />
<br />
The Recce officers were replaced by GSU service men who are based in Ruaraka and they secured the perimeter wall for the rest of the days Obama was in Kenya.<br />
<br />
Meanwhile, former Police spokesman, Erick Kiraithe, who is the KAA’s Head of Security, has also admitted that securing President Obama was tiresome and too demanding.<br />
<br />
He praised Kenya’s disciplinary forces for making sure that Obama and his entourage were safe and secure.

Sports, Culture and Arts Cabinet Secretary, Hassan Wario, has finally revealed those responsible for the death of renowned and veteran comedian, Benjamin Wanjau popularly known as, Mzee Ojwang, and why he died in abject poverty.<br />

Speaking yesterday, Wario revealed that it was because of MPs that Mzee Ojwang died a poor man despite contributing immensely towards Kenya’s culture and art industry.<br />
<br />
He noted that MPs refused to allocate money to Kenya National Heroes Council (KNHC) for this financial year despite having requested it to take care of the late Mzee Ojwang.<br />
<br />
“It is a pity that Mzee Ojwang died a poor man and that the funds we requested to cater for our local heroes have so far not been honoured, yet there are still many other artists languishing in poverty following completion of their careers,” said Wario.<br />
<br />
Wario accused Parliament of turning a deaf ear to his plea to support KNHC which was established in 2013 to help people like the late Mzee Ojwang.<br />
<br />
“It is now one year down the line since the council was established and our persistent pleas to Parliament to provide funds for our activities have landed on deaf ears,” he said.

Somalia based militants Al Shabaab have once again suffered a heavy blow in the hands of our very own Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) after they were killed like mosquitoes today in Lamu while on an attempted terror attack on Kenyan soil.<br />
<br />
KDF killed 3 Al Shabaab terrorists in Basuba, Lamu County during a heavy exchange of fire with the insurgents.<br />
<br />
The gallant Kenyan soldiers showed their military prowess and proved their worth as they managed to drop the Al Shabaab terrorists like mosquitoes without suffering any fatality.<br />
<br />
The rest of the Al Shabaab militants ran away after sensing defeat and vanished into thin air but KDF have launched a ground and air hunt for them and will soon catch them and make them pay for messing with Kenya.<br />
<br />
However, 5 KDF soldiers suffered some injuries in the fight but were rushed to hospital and are said to be in stable condition although two remain serious.<br />
<br />
Two AK-47 rifles were also recovered by KDF from the militants who are now on the run after KDF captured their only remaining town of Badheere last week, just before US President Barrack Obama arrived in Kenya.<br />
<br />
Since the capture of Badheere, Al Shabaab have been scattered with nowhere to hide and are exhibiting the last kicks of a dying horse.

Although Villa Rosa Kempinski’s management has declined to confirm or deny whether President Barrack Obama stayed their facility, sources indicated that Obama slept at the hotel’s Presidential Suit during the entire period he was in the country.<br />
<br />
A reliable source says that Obama had four meals at the hotel including dinner with his family. His chef worked with local chefs to prepare Obama some Ugali, Terere and Fish sourced straight from Lake Victoria.<br />

I am a little disappointed that the Kenyan groups most vocal in throwing sarcasm at US calls for transparency in Kenya are the same groups that have benefited most from the rather porous and generous immigration laws of the US.<br />

No other group has filed as many sham marriages and as many false refugee claims as people from Central. The number of illegal immigrants in the US from Central Province exceeds that of all other Kenyan tribes combined. Yet these are the same people that are currently most vocal in rebuffing calls for transparent governance and accountability. What is ironic is that increased transparency would boost domestic productivity and cut the need for the large number of Kenyans that are leaving the country to seek "greener pastures" in foreign countries.<br />

I am inclined to think that it is the messenger they have a problem with, rather than the message itself. Can Antihubris, Jackal or Vooke tell me that this is false?

A man who claims to be HIV positive is begging activist, Boniface Mwangi, to connect him to US President, Barack Obama, so that he can highlight the plight of HIV/ AIDs victims in Kenya during his visit.<br />

The man claims that HIV/AIDs victims are subjected to exploitation and he now wants to get castrated so that he can help stop the spread of the deadly virus.<br />
<br />
Boniface made an appeal to any-one who can help the HIV positive guy relay his message to Obama saying;<br />

<i>“Received this message via my Facebook page. I have no idea how to help. Anyone? #ObamaInKenya.”</i><br />
<br />
He then went ahead and posted the message he received from the HIV positive victim that reads;<br />

<i>“hello. am from nairobi and HIV+. Am humbly requesting for your assistance in highlighting the plight of HIV/Aids in our country and expose the exploitation that poor HIV+ victims undergo. I wish to act when the wrold’s attention is focused on Kenya when President Obama visits. My plan is to voluntarily get castrated, which in a way, is a most effective way of ending the spread the scourge. Moreover, it is a biblicle ……MATTHEW 5:30. Please assist with logistics. Thank you. (sic)”.</i><br />

However, it’s not clear how castration will end the spread of the virus because the Bible Verse he is quoting reads;<br />

Tanzania musician, Ray C, has decided to give First lady Margaret Kenyatta sleepless nights by declaring that she is in love with Kenya’s President, Uhuru Kenyatta.<br />

Through her instagram page on Saturday, the musician whose real name is Rehema Chalamila, said she loves Uhuru to “death”.<br />
<br />
“Lemme tell you a lil secret about Uhuru!!! I love this guy to death! I have had a crush on him for soooo long!!!” the musician said.<br />

She further admitted that she day dreams about the President and even spends a day admiring his pictures on social media.<br />

A political party in Kenya has threatened to do the unthinkable to US President, Barrack Obama, when he visits Kenya later in the month.<br />

Republican Liberty Party, a political party in Kenya, has vowed to mobilize 5, 000 men and women to demonstrate totally n@k*d in front of Obama to show him the biological difference between a man and a woman and why God, in his wisdom, created them differently.<br />

This follows Obama’s open support for gays and lesbians, as well as his gallant advocacy for same s*x marriages, something he is likely to repeat while in Kenya.<br />

In a letter sent to its members, RLP Leader, Kidala Vincent, asked both men and women to prepare themselves to str!p n@k*d and protest in the streets of Nairobi on 22nd and 23rd of July, to express their displeasure over the move by Obama to support homosexuality.<br />

US President Barrack Obama’s half brother, Malik Obama, has continued to show his displeasure for Obama’s visit to Kenya saying the US strongman is yet to inform his family about his plans.<br />
<br />
In an interview with Bloomberg Business, Malik, 57, said despite being the best man in Obama’s wedding, his brother is yet to notify him about his visit to Kenya.<br />
<br />
“From what I hear, he is coming now as the President of the United States. He should have at least informed us as his family,” Malik said.<br />
<br />
Malik also said when Obama visited Kenya in 1988, they smoked weed and drunk Changaa over the weekend as they played other games.<br />
<br />
<br />
He also said he is waiting to be invited to the White House by his half brother who they shared a lot in 1980s and 1990s.<br />
<br />
“I would like for us to just sit down and have a vanilla ice cream or a strawberry fruit cake, just to have a nice dinner, nice steak, Caesar salad, sit down and enjoy each other,”  said Malik.

US President Barrack Obama’s visit to Kenya this month has been welcomed with a lot of madness in Kisumu City with city prostitutes now planning to offer free services to clients to celebrate Obama’s visit to his fatherland.<br />

Addressing journalists on Monday night, the head of commercial s£x workers in Kisumu, Faith Onyango, said the city wants to attract tourists by offering free s£x to their clients for the three days Obama will be in Kenya.<br />

Nairobi Senator, Mike Mbuvi Sonko, has forgiven Governor Dr. Evans Kidero, Nairobi Women Rep, Rachel Shebesh, Maina Kamanda (Starehe), Dennis Waweru (Dagoretti South), and all others who have been throwing mud at him and soiling his good name in Nairobi.<br />

Speaking at a church function at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Ruaraka, Sonko caught everyone by surprise when he declared that he had forgiven all his enemies, just as the Bible dictates, and urged Kidero and his group to stop dragging his name in the mud by associating him with illegal drugs.<br />

He challenged his enemies to redirect their energies to providing solutions to the many problems facing residents of Nairobi rather than focus on ‘killing’ him politically.<br />
<br />
“I have decided to forgive my enemies (Kidero, Shebesh, Kamanda, Waweru) and tell them that this is not the time for political brinkmanship and shadow boxing; it is time to deliver services to the people of Nairobi who elected us,” Sonko said in church.<br />

The four have ganged up to edge Sonko out of Nairobi’s Gubernatorial race in 2017 and would do anything to achieve their goal.

CORD leader, Raila Odinga, has told President Uhuru Kenyatta to work on strengthening democratic institutions like the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) to make them effective in their operations.<br />

Speaking during an interview with NTV on Sunday, Raila said Uhuru must introduce reforms in EACC and IEBC so that Kenyans can have trust in them.<br />
<br />
Raila further rubbished allegations that the opposition was causing unrest in the country ahead of US President Barack Obama’s visit saying there is nothing in the country that Obama does not know about.<br />
<br />
“Cases of corruption and ethnicity in Kenya are not new to Obama. When he was speaking at the Taifa Hall at the University of Nairobi in 2006, he mentioned that corruption was a serious issue in Africa but it was a crisis in Kenya,” Raila said.<br />
<br />
“He also pointed out that his father (Barack Obama Senior) suffered while in the country due to issues of ethnicity.” Raila added.<br />
<br />
The PM also expressed willingness to meet the US President when he visits the country if granted an appointment and added that they will not be talking to him about local issues.<br />
<br />
“We will not be talking to Obama about our local problems because we can deal with them internally. We would be glad to meet with him if granted an appointment,” he concluded.<br />

A section of MPs allied to Uhuru/ Ruto’s Jubilee have accused former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, and the Opposition of scuttling the war on corruption.<br />

This follows a move by MPs to sack the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) CEO, Halake Waqo, and his Deputy, Francis Mubea, through a vote in Parliament; a move that has left a rotten egg on President Uhuru Kenyatta’s face in his quest to end corruption in Government.<br />

Addressing the Press during a church function at the PCEA Church in Githurai, Nairobi, Jubilee MPs led by Dennis Waweru (Dagoretti South), Esther Gathogo (Ruiru), Anne Nyokabi (Kiambu) and Alice Wahome (Kandara), claimed that Raila Odinga was behind last week’s vote to send home the entire EACC secretariat.<br />
<br />
They said the endorsement of the EACC Bill introduced by CORD’s Deputy Whip, Chris Wamalwa, was part of a wider scheme by Raila Odinga to paralyze investigations into corruption scandals and in the process render President Uhuru Kenyatta, who has cracked the whip on his war on graft, beginning with the infamous list of shame, ineffective and incapable.<br />
<br />
“As leaders of Central region, we feel that the main motivation behind the disbandment of the EACC secretariat is to blackmail the President and thwart the war on corruption, as well as cover up corruption by some figures in the Opposition,” said Waweru.<br />
<br />
Uhuru has expressed fury over the MPs’ move to send the EACC secretariat home saying the decision would greatly hamper the war on corruption.
