Former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, on Saturday warned Jubilee leaders that he would stop at nothing to win the 2017 Presidential Elections as he rallied voters to register in large numbers.

Speaking at the burial of Mzee Ogindo Oyamo, former aide to Jaramogi Odinga at Ahero in Kisumu, Raila said Kenyans can no longer continue suffering at the hands of a Government that does not bother about equality in public service delivery.

He went back on his earlier remarks and said that there was nothing to fear in the newly-launched National Youth Service because it was a national institution that had to do the work of cleaning city slums and clearing drainages as they do.

The former PM reiterated that they were not opposed to the NYS projects as it is being interpreted in their calls for Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Anne Waiguru, to step aside and allow room for investigations.

“Theft at the NYS must be dealt with. The Government must take action against the thieves behind the loss of millions of shillings in inflated tenders as well as supplies that are now a subject of investigations,” the former PM said.

Mr Odinga likened the Jubilee administration to a night runner caught up by dawn before he retreats home.
