The guy in the photos below (the one carrying a bag) is a dangerous thug operating outside Kenyatta National Hospital. He has been pick-pocketing innocent Kenyans who board matatus from Kenyatta National Hospital to town.

The shameless guy has also been stealing phones during traffic jams.
