You remember the young lawyer from Rift Valley who confessed his love for US President Barrack Obama’s first born daughter, Malia? Yes, the same Felix Kiprono, who moved to court seeking to have Deputy President William Ruto sworn in as President when Uhuru handed him instruments of power and headed for the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague.

Well, reliable sources have intimated that last week was not a lucky one for the young and promising lawyer.

According to sources, Kiprono did not only get disappointed by Obama after failing to travel to Kenya with the love of his life – Malia - but he got himself beaten up by the US’s Secret Service at Kasarani.

Kiprono was allegedly cornered by the Secret Service as he tried to sneak through the VIP lunge to hand Barrack Obama a letter officially requesting Malia’s hand in marriage, and was given a dog’s beating at a holding room in Kasarani.

Sources say the Secret Service had earmarked Kiprono after vowing earlier on to talk to Obama about his love for Malia when he visits and were expecting that he would do something stupid.

And when they spotted him in the crowd trying to make his way to the US President, they did not hesitate to neutralize him before they took him to a secluded room and taught him a lesson he will never forget.
