She claims that Kenyans have often thought of her as a Kenyan and supposedly even asked her to come live here.
"Unajua Wakenya wamekuwa wakisema mimi ni Mkikuyu, wanadai natakiwa nikaishi nchini kwao; wanajua mimi ni Mkikuyu ila nawaeleza ukweli ni kuwa naipenda Kenya, lakini mimi ni Mtanzania na daima nitaipenda nchi yangu (Kenyans claim that I am a member of the Kikuyu tribe, and that I ought to be living in Kenya. They really believe that I am a Kikuyu even though I honestly tell them honestly that even though I love Kenya, I am Tanzanian and I will forever love my country),” she claimed during a recent interview with a Tanzanian newspaper.
She is reportedly working on another track with popular singer Kidum and we can't wait to hear what they have in store for us this time.
