Controversial businessman, Herbert Ojwang, on Thursday released photos showing Deputy President William Ruto receiving ‘gifts’ from Chinese company officials in order to allow them get the tender to upgrade the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.
While releasing photos, Ojwang, who is former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s ex-aide, said Ruto was bribed by the Chinese and those present included Caleb Kositany and MTRH CEO, John Kibosia.
The images below show the DP receiving gift bags and other suspiciously “wrapped apparatus” from Ojwang and the Chinese delegation.
