At least 27 members of Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe have been suspended after the septuagenarian leader missed a step and rolled freely at a Harare podium.
In the video of the fall, Mugabe’s presidential security and advance team look on, dazed and immobile, as Mugabe trip and tumble after addressing hundreds of Zanu PF supporters who had been bussed to welcome him on his return from the African Union summit, have been suspended.
According to the sources, the guards were handed their suspension letters on Friday.
