Former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, on Wednesday said that he won the 2007 and 2013 General Elections, only to be rigged out by members of Kikuyu community who are not contented with his leadership style.

Speaking on a radio show on Wednesday morning, Raila who is also the CORD leader, said agents of status quo have frustrated him for the last 10 years and that is why he will vie for Presidency in 2017 to defeat them.

However, Raila said he must consult his ODM party and CORD coalition leaders before he officially announces his 2017 Presidential bid.

“We will consult as CORD because there are others who have the same interest. If they give me the go-ahead, I will be in the race,” Raila said.

Raila, who seemed in a delusional state, said he won the last elections with over 7 million votes only to be rigged by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) officials, Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) and Jubilee operatives.

He assured his supporters to remain calm and united, exuding confidence that CORD coalition will win the Presidency in 2017.
