Apparently, most Governors sought the services of the young prostitutes, most of who are University ladies, during the three day conference.
A renowned businessman in Kisumu had let his apartment that is located a few meters from Club Signature to the prostitutes. They operated their business from the apartment and the County bosses flocked in to satisfy their s3xual thirst.
A wealthy Governor from Central, who is known for his love for young girls, threw a s3x party in the apartment on the final day of the devolution conference.
The girls could make upto Ksh 20,000 a night thanks to the s3xual thirst of the randy Governors.
They are now begging Kisumu Governor, Jack Ranguma, to organise another devolution conference as soon as possible so that they can continue smiling all the way to the bank.
Most Governors who attended the devolution conference allocated themselves hefty allowances and that’s the money they used to pay prostitutes.
