Many politicians dream of one day occupying the most powerful office in the land but they don’t understand what a President goes through in his day to day life.
For President Uhuru Kenyatta, he works very hard to ensure that the Country is moving forward.
According to a source at State House, the President wakes up at 5 AM daily and sleeps very late.
Sometimes, he sleeps at 1 AM when majority of Kenyans are enjoying the warmth of their blankets. All this time, the youthful President is usually in his office working to ensure we live in a better Kenya in future.
“He is very hands-on and believes that as Head of State, he must be on top of things. He believes he must give clear direction on many national matters and his sole goal is to change the welfare of Kenyans for the better.” The source added.
In a past media interview with a local daily, former Interior Cabinet Secretary, Joseph Ole Lenku, revealed how the President would call him late in the night to keep tabs on matters security.
He described Uhuru as a firm leader and a hard-working man who has no time for sleep.
Even when he jets in from foreign trips, the President has no time to rest and waste like his fellow leaders.
He rolls up his sleeves and gets back to work as soon as possible.
That’s President Uhuru Kenyatta for you, he really works hard to ensure we live in a better country.
