Speaking to revelers at a pub in Westlands, the MP who is a close ally of Ruto, said Keter “danced naked in front of circumcised men” and what came on Sunday were “consequences” of the dance.
“It is wrong for a young man like Keter to embarrass grown men like Uhuru and Ruto in front of Kenyans. His goose was cooked on Sunday,” the MP said laughing unapologetically.
On Saturday, Keter caught himself between a rock and a hard place when he was captured on camera insulting officers manning the Gilgil weighbridge.
He used the F word and severally mentioned the name of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The Director of Public Prosecutions, Keriako Tobiko, has already ordered police to investigate him and file charges against him if he is found culpable.
If found guilty, Keter may lose his seat in accordance to the current constitution.
