Gatundu South Legislator, Moses Kuria, has called for the arrest and deportation of KTN’s investigative journalist, Mohamed Ali, to Somalia over what he called “undermining” the Jubilee Government.

Speaking in Gatundu town during Jamhuri Day celebrations on Friday, Kuria, who is a rabid attack dog of President Uhuru Kenyatta, said Mohamed Ali has been undermining the Jubilee Government and should be deported to Somalia because he praises Al Shabaab’s attacks.

He also accused Mohamed Ali, who is popular in Kenya for Jicho Pevu series, of working with Al Jazeera and asked him to pledge allegiance to either Kenya or Somalia.

Kuria said that last week’s expose on Al Jazeera that showed how Kenya police kill innocent Kenyans was the work of Mohamed Ali and an Al Jazeera journalist.

Regarding hate speech charges against him in court over comments on the Mandera killings, Kuria said he will not be silenced by the courts but he will continue talking on security matters.
