Watch Raila BLAST Uhuru’s Kenyatta hypocrisy in the ongoing Kibera upgrading programme. Raila revealed it was Uhuru and his people that failed to release funds for the Kibera upgrading programme during the coalition government. Odinga said he was happy that Uhuru had seen the light now by agreeing to fast track the programme as was started by his tenure as minister for Roads, public works and housing and later as Prime Minister and Kibera MP.
