Man attacks CORD leader Raila Odinga at Okoa Kenya rally in Kwale

KWALE, KENYA: Drama unfolded at Okoa Kenya rally in Kinango, Kwale County after man stomped the function and whipped former Prime Minister Raila Odinga twice. Raila had just joined the traditional dancers accompanied by Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya when the man dressed in a grey trouser and a white t-shirt attacked the two caning them twice. Police confirmed that they arrested the man and released him after establishing that he had a mental problem.
